From its beginning to its completion and filing

1. Supervision during the preparation period of the construction according to the management and supervision agreement signed with the embassy before the construction.

(1) To participate in the joint verification of drawings and design briefing.
(2) To verify the construction design (construction plan).
(3) To exam the construction measurement and line lay-off outcome.
(4) To host the first meeting at the site.
(5) To host the construction supervision briefing.
(6) To verify the conditions for start.


2. To exam and approve the <<Application Form for Examination of the Construction for its Start>>, determine the date for start and inform the embassy.


3. Supervision during construction:
(1) To control the construction process.
(2) To control the construction quality.
(3) To control the construction expenditure
(4) Other management agreed upon in the construction contract:
    a. Management of the construction alteration.
    b. Management of construction suspension and resumption.
    c. Management of construction delay.
    d. Management of claiming compensation.
    e. Mediation of contract dispute.


4. To organize the pre-inspection before the acceptance.


5. To obtain the warranty paper from the contractor.


6. To arrange four parties (construction unit, supervision unit, design unit and the unit in charge of construction) for the inspection and acceptance (and to inform the embassy).


7. To sign the construction examination and acceptance records and issue the <<Completion Handover Certificate>>.


8. To inform the quality supervision departments and arrange for the quality inspection and acceptance.


9. To compile the summary of supervision work.


10. To arrange all parties to prepare and apply for the completion registration.


11. To manage and file the supervision documents.


12. To file the construction documents.


13. To go through the procedure with the contractor in terms of handover of the completion documents.


14. To go through the procedure with the embassy in terms of handover of the completion documents.

Note: in case of any adjustment in the approving procedure by the relevant departments, the above working procedure might change accordingly.
