The Beijing Personnel Service Corporation for Diplomatic Mission is a subsidiary of the Beijing Service Bureau for Diplomatic Missions (DSB) with the status of a legal entity and a registered capital of 4.9 million RMB yuan. Its main function is to provide various categories of permanent and temporary personnel service, and other supplementary services for 301 diplomatic missions, representative offices of international organizations and foreign news agencies in Beijing. Adhering to the operational principle of "top quality, good attitude and high efficiency” and the managerial motto of “harmony and prosperity” and with top-notch human resources, the Corporation strives to render top quality service to meet the various needs of the foreign missions and organizations in Beijing.

Engaged in diplomatic service for over 40 years, the corporation has brought up a work force of strong capability and rich experience. The Corporation boasts of abundant human resources including a work force of more than 3,400 persons including translators/interpreters, clerks/secretaries, cooks, waiters, drivers, messengers and other technical workers, of whom 1,600 are translators/interpreters and clerks/secretaries using respectively about 20 languages such as English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Japanese, Italian and German in their work.

Awards or medals have been conferred on over 30 employees of the corporation by foreign governments or heads of states due to their hard work and outstanding achievements. In addition, a great number of employees have been commended or cited by their employers of foreign missions and agencies, or even offered a chance to visit the home countries of their employers at the invitation of the respective governments.

Besides, under the headquarters of this corporation, Beijing Yunjia Human Resources Service for Diplomatic Missions handles the procedures of personnel file management and establishment of social security for Chinese employees working at foreign diplomatic missions in Beijing; Beijing Yunchi Translation Service Ltd. and Beijing Jiaoyuan Exit-Entry Facilitation Services Co., Ltd provides translation services and consultancy relating to private visa applications; and the Insurance Agency for Diplomatic & Foreign Organizations in Beijing undertakes insurance for vehicles of diplomatic missions and other foreign organizations.
