Beijing Jiaoyuan Construction Co., Ltd, a limited liability shareholding company through joint venture by China Jiaoyuan Corporation for International Economic and Technical Cooperation and Rilin Construction Co., Ltd (Group), was established in 2003 with the following Qualifications: the Second Grade for general contractor of building construction, the Second Grade special contractor in building finishing and decoration, and Third Grade special contractor in intelligent engineering, and in installation of electromechanical equipment.

The Company is well organized with perfect rules and regulations, and has passed certifications of ISO9001Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Quality Management system, and GB/T 28001 Vocational Health and Safety Management System.

The Company owns a professional work team with sophisticated techniques and equipments, including 116 engineers and technicians, of whom 90 persons have senior or medium professional titles, 4 Level-1 constructors, and 11 constructor associates, and an engineering management team with rich experience in domestic and overseas construction.

In the last few years, the Company has contracted and completed the following projects: a government-sponsored residential project in Singapore, the Grand Hotel in Israel, over ten projects of new buildings, extension and renovation of premises for Chinese diplomatic missions abroad, refurbishment work of some foreign missions in Beijing, and building and reconstruction of diplomatic apartments, including renovations of Jianguomenwai diplomatic apartments and new buildings in Liangmaqiao Diplomatic Residence Compound.

All these projects have got good rating when passing the engineering acceptance inspection. Especially the foreign affairs-related projects have all won high approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China or Chinese embassies abroad, among which the Jianguomenwai diplomatic apartments renovation project has been granted the Top Quality Engineering Award of Beijing Municipality.
